THE GOAL:
- Over the course of a few meetings, review “Your Processes”
- Find shortcuts, quicker methods, and
- OPEN YOUR EYES to modules that can do more.

THE PROCESS:
FIRST, we need to visit and discuss the details of how you are using Sage.
- We’ll do a quick review of each module you use.
- Review what your goals are in each area.
- Do a short PRIVATE visit with each employee (as possible) (IMPORTANT)
- I will make notes, mine and your ideas, for discussion.
Please, do the following:
- Set up 2 appointments (use the Appt Bar Below)
- Pay for the first two (1-hour each) consultations (2 x 375 = $750).
- Then, in advance of our first meeting,
- pull together any thoughts, concerns, you have (make a written list)
- Send me the list so I have time to create a plan for the sessions.
Your list of needs,, IN ADVANCE of our meeting, gives me time to prepare my thoughts, and questions, ready for our meeting to make the best use of our meeting time.
THE COSTS:
- The cost initially is $750 (Includes the 2 scheduled meetings, and my time for providing reporting after each session.
- If we find more productivity can be made with additional meeting(s), then payment in advance of each is required ($375 each).
- Management will receive a thorough report from me after each meeting, and a conclusion report at finish.
I only ask you to remember,
- This “Sage Does That” Series Meetings are a One-Time Expense.
- This “Review” ALWAYS is found to be “Eye Opening” and beneficial to the Company & Employees.
- The cost will be considered small compared to the employee self-initiated improvement.
